Information on the programs that we provide can be found in the link to the Camp Flyer PDF document. Here you will find detailed descriptions of our curriculums, facilites, and costs.

For Elite 125 you must fill out the resume form and mail it to our camp address along with the immunization and medical forms. Also a copy of both sides of the campers insurance card is required for the camper to be allowed to participate in camp.

For Boys High School Camp you must fill out and send in both the immunization form and medical form, along with a copy of both sides of the camper's insurance card. Only when we have all of these forms will the camper be allowed to participate in camp.

To avoid any problems you should keep copies of these completed forms for your records and bring them with you to registration on the first day of camp along with a copy of both sides of the camper's insurance card. Then if for some reason we do not have one or all of these forms on file the camper will be able to participate right away.
